Will these rims fit my M3 without rubbing?

I've decided to replace my OEM contours with a different set of rims, here are the specs:

18x8 fronts 225/40/18 offset is 35mm
18x9 rears 255/35/18 offset is 38mm

Hub bore is 72.56mm, which is a perfect fit for an e30 m3. Will these rims require spacers or hub centric rings to fit on my m3? I am lowered on eibach pro kit so i don't expect any rubbing, my contours in the back have 255/45/17 (which will also be up for sale in about a week if anyone is interested).

Any issues with fit here?

If you already have that massive tire on it sounds like your fenders are rolled. If so, you'll be fine.

Pretty sure my fenders aren't rolled, mind you my car is barely lowered ~1" all around, but I've never had rubbing issues.

Yeah, even at stock height you'll rub in the back. You need to get them rolled.

Will I need spacers, heard of rims rubbing suspension components/muffler/etc. At those offsets am I ok?

Also, will I need hub centric rings?

You're good without spacers or rings.
