ix Oil pressure

Ran into some oil pressure problems on my 89 325ix. On my way to work this am, my oil pressure light (the one on bottom right side of the gauge cluster) was flickering on and off. Haven't had a chance to trouble shoot yet, so not sure if it is an oil pump or a pressure sender.

Any suggestions on where to get an oil pressure gauge so that I can confirm what the oil pressure actually is?

If I need to do an oil pump, I understand that it is an ix specific part. Any suggestions on where to get one for a reasonable price??
