M50 bogging problems

So my car is being weird. I went to get an emission test and it went 3 times the limit, it's running rich, I know that. Hc limit is 680, my car ran 2800.

Also, the odd time I goto start from a stop, the car bogs and hesitates, then after the RPM's get up it's fine, but still sleightly boggy.

I got a MAF code, I put a new one in and it's still doing it, I changed the Dinan ECU out and put a stock 403 in and it did nothing.

Is it possible for the car to be stuck in cold start? Coolant temp sensor, maybe IAT sensor? My other guess was the FPR.

Edit: Stomp test says 1444 (No code) also brand new car, brand new o2.

Check your ignition system (coils, spark plugs).
