Shocks, springs, inserts

Hi guys,

I have a customer with a 2002 325ci that is contemplating purchasing a set of Shocks, springs, inserts from a 2005 M3. Does anyone know if the parts will work on a regular E46? If so is this a worth wile modification?

Any info on this at all would be appreciated.

thanks,

Rene

Dont quote on it, but i read that in order to put a LSD people swap the complete M3 rear suspension, without any modification. So following this logic you could patently do just the swap. Look for more info on E46fanatics.com

As long as the front shocks/struts are complete with the upper strut mounts from the M3 they will fit right in.

The rears will fit no problem!
