What do you folks think? Mileage too high for that price? Maybe worth spending $12k on?

I think that the car does look well taken care of, & it is an M3.
I would take it to sombody who knows BMW's other than a dealer.
If it performs like it should & has no pending issues than I think it's
a good stsrting point.
