IPOD OEM interface kit for pre 2001 e46 cars

Does anyone know what the part number is for the MD cable in this picture?

I have the interface box but need this cable.. cant seem to find a part number and BMW of Mississauga wasn't able to help.

the kit is BMW iPod Interface Kit p/n 65 11 0 392 133 but I just need the part number for the MD cable.
