If you were away for that length of time the battery could be low on voltage in which won't help the situation. Get the battery checked out (it may have a bad cell) and clear the codes and see if they come back. If the battery has to crank the engine alot to start it, it may draws battery power from the other circuits and the result is the output of codes.
