Go to a party store and find out if they sell those rubber Nixon-style masks that are a direct lookalike for your face. If they don't sell "you", you're boned.

nice,

Your friend prolly didn't get one because the officer took into account other factors that might have been in play at the same time....ie: weather, other cars not stopping so you're stuck in the intersection......etc.

They have officers reviewing every picture it takes to determine if you are intentionally running it or not.

Good news is there's no points taken off and it doesn't affect insurance.

To answer your question I have no idea how to fight it except for something that someone told me last weekend....which may or may not work for red light cameras.

It might be good info otherwise.

get a ticket, plead not guilty
before court date, write a letter to the court (or officer I forget) requesting disclosure (officers notes) If they are lazy and don't send it, you go to your court date saying that the officer hasn't given you the documents to properly prepare......they either throw it out right there or you request a new trial, keep delaying it and plead that your trial wasn't done in a fair timeline........

Somethin like that.
