FS/Feeler: 88 e30 325i Touring with M-tech II kit

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

88 e30 325i Touring for sale.

Crappy market right now, but we'll see...

160,000kms, manual

Looking for a quick sale in or around $9,000 OBO.

If I didn't have my eyes set on another toy, I'd sort a few things and ask $11,000+ considering what I have into it and what the available tourings are going for these days.

I love this car, the way it sits and handles is awesome. Euro car with everything in German.

Overall the car is in pretty decent shape for the year. Had two rust holes in the driver side floor when I pulled the carpet, which I cut out and fixed (welded, seam-sealed, por15). There is another small hole on the drivers side firewall which I didn't have time to do when I did the others but I can fix that also no probs. Have also installed new drivers side front fender as old one had a dint. Fits pretty good but is currently the satin black they come in.

Carpet was pulled cleaned and dyed black (looks mint) and a new accelerator pedal was installed at the same time along with a 90+ 2 piece knee bolster.

Car sits really low on unknown lowering springs and blistein shocks (were installed in Germany and previous owner didn't know make).

Installed Bruellen muffler with new pipe from cat-back. I also had the rear lugs studded.

The Good:
- New rotors and pads all round
- New e-brake set-up (from bmw)
- New Hankook tires all round (Installed fall 08)
- Brock Autofashion Staggered wheels 8.5/10
- Full M-tech II kit
- Blistien shocks (put on by previous owner)
- Crack free dash with clean interior (seats 9/10)

The Bad:
- Heater not working
- Passenger door not working
- fluctuaing idle (looking into possible vacuum leak)
- Rear doors are shaved and popers aren't functioning (could just not be hooked up right?)
- Previous owner said he did the timing belt about 1000kms before I got it with new rad and electric fan, but dont' have proof of this.

Can't think of anything else.

Anyways if you're interested drop me a line and we can make a deal.

pm me here or e-mail at lostininglewood(at)hotmail.com

If car doesn't sell before the other car sells I'm keeping it and dd'ing it.

Jeff

It's not bad in the rust department. Floors are all solid with the two spots I cut out and patched with fresh metal. One small hole in firewall behind clutch which I can fix with new metal also.

Last price drop. $7,000 firm as is.

Will sit for a week or two at this price then it's off the market and getting torn into.

Feel like feeling the market again.

Rear is currently off on the lift in my garage as I've put AKG bushings in, braided brake lines.. blah blah blah
