what about all 3rd world nations of the former french empire ?
you do know that eastern europe and former ussr were considered 3rd world countries till mid-1960s. some researchers went as far as consider former ussr territory east of ural 3rd world "country" as late as early 1980s.

luv Vancouver,want to retire there one day....not great for jobs or nitelife though,really slows down after 1:00am.......Montreal has ALOT of middle eastern people so if you dont consider them as third world rejects then Montreal is very euro..LOL......

Seattle is a very overated town. I've been there a few times and it's actually pretty shit unless ur a yuppie or are in a indy band.
I agree with Arek, rural for the win. But as far as suberbs go Mississauga = #1.
