For someone as knowledgeable about games as you, I don;t even know WHY you are comparing the two? They are completely different IMO, one is a simulator that is as real as it gets, the other a fun cops and robbers game with unreal cop cars and good graphics.

NFS never failed to make a good racing game. Can't wait for this .. looks great!

This looks great. The music was perfect too... sick manson remix and some of the first 30 seconds to mars album, can't go wrong there.

It might not have been so story driven but it did have great dynamics, graphics, and some fun factor to it.

Oh yeah you're right.... two different leagues. Arcade action vs racing sim.
I'm sure NFS will be a fun game, but a racing game is a racing game...
