I don't know for sure, but I have 17's on my car. I know some people run with 18's, but I dunno about 19's. Depending on the offsets of the rims as well you may need to have your fenders rolled which is no big thing.
As for coilovers, there are alot of different directions you could go with them. There are ridiculously expensive ones like PSS9's (over a grand) or you can go the cheap route like I did and get some racelands (around $300). You will get varying opinions from each member on the board regarding them, but if you ask me, if you want a cheap alternative that will lower your car, racelands are the way to go. I've had them on my car for about a month now and I have no complaints. They ride fine and lower the car nicely. I would post some pics, but haven't had the time to clean the car up and take some pics since I got the coilovers installed.

lol pss9s are not ridiculously expensive, price out some ASTs or other race setups. pss9s are good, but they are low to mid pack pricewise.
It sounds like the OP is more of a raceland fan if all he cares about is dumping the car.

Many people run 19's...sure you can even fit 20's, but the question is how big you want to go!? Keeping in mind price of tires, good quality rubber is not cheap...a set of 19's will run you 1/4 price of the car!
