325 exhaust on a 328?

Just about to buy an exhaust off a max member and wanted to make sure it will fit.... is there any reason that an after market 325 exhaust wouldn't fit a 328?

Its an ACS in case that matters.

I'm pretty sure the 325 and 328 exhausts are all interchangeable. Don't quote me on it, but from everything I know, any exhaust sold for e36 328's will fit on 325's. They are both dual in and out so you shouldn't have any problems. Just as long as its not a 318 exhaust. lol

i think its a tiny bit more restrictive, but should fit no problem. (at least from midsection back)

Yes it is a cat-back system... good to hear it'll fit

by restrictive you mean backpressure wise? If thats the case I think and difference would be negated on account of it being a performance exhaust designed to reduce backpressure.

^^yeah, if there is a difference, its minimal. They're both the same size (2X2.25) but the way the pipes run are (very) slightly different afaik.
