Question Shaking when breaking - Sometimes

Hey everyone, I wanted to see what kind of opinions I can get of this issue. When I'm driving nothing shakes/raddles/moves around, As soon as I hit the brakes I start feeling my front end start to shake, when I let go of the steering wheel- I see it moving left and right aprox 10 deg. harder I press on the break harder it shakes - The interesting thing is that when it happends, I pull a U-ee and the problem goes away

.. I got new Zimmerman rotors with the m3 calipers on them..

I got a few suggestions the rotors could be warped..Anything else anyone might think of..?
