using a broker to get a wholesale US car...

So in a couple years (I know this is a little premature), I'm thinking of picking up a GT-R from the states. You can find them for around $62,000 on ebay if you look/haggle hard. Given this, I have a few questions about using a broker. If I find a car on ebay, will the broker ship it to me and do all the paperwork? Or will the broker have to find a car on through their own source that suits your price point? Regarding wholesale, how much cheaper can used cars be if the broker is able to find them wholesale as opposed to a great deal on ebay? Thanks.

Broker will do anything you want if you pay the accordingly. If you want to save money pick up and drive the car urself. A buddy of mine does this all the time. I don't know all the details but I know that you have to fax the paperwork to customs 72 prior to border crossing. I'm sure somone here can fill you in. If not I will contact my friend and fill you in.

yeah, I might just do that. someone on here told me they could do everything for $2000 bucks which seemed reasonable to me so I'd rather give a max member my future business, but maybe he's not around anymore.
