What kind of gains are we looking at? increased redline? better fuel mileage? ever need to retune or update once its installed.
Please educate me.
Thanks a lot, btw my car is a e39 530
What year is your car? It's better if it's pre-2003 as then it's simpler and cheaper to tune.

You are looking at around 8% more torque and hp. If you have a manual tranmission I'll increase the rev limiter to 7000. Yes you will get better fuel ecomony when cruising on the highway. (at least 5% better, and as much as 10% better) You do not need to retune or update the software. If a dealer over-writes it, just come back and I'll update it for you but that is very unlikely on a car that is over 5 years old.

So you keep the same rev limiters for auto/step trannies? Also, do you have any software for us step guys (like AA's software)? Thanks

Thnks alot for clearing that up.
My car is 2001 e39 530 (m54B30)
18hp increase is very tempting (based on 225hp stock) and yes my car is manual.
I send you a PM.

Fuel economy? Horrible. But that's only because you'll be flooring it that much more
