e30 Fault code: 1222

Would anyone know if Lambda Control 1 is the same as O2 sensor?
I notice my engine light comes on when idling for a while but goes out immediately by bringing the revs up.

O2 sensor heater could be shot in the sensor. But not throwing that code because the relays working?

And lambda isn't the same, o2 sensor is 1221 i'm pretty sure.

ok, thanks I saw that in my code book. Wanted to make sure. Car runs fine and passed emission test no problems..so I suppose I could change it or not?
