Sun roof Ate My it's Headliner....

Well, after much procrastination, I have half the head liner off. The sun roof head liner, which is stuck in the roof, seems like it's on the tracks. is there any other reason the head liner is stuck? Maybe someone can still help me out, and tell me how to fix it? lol

Edit: I forgot to mention. The head liner for the sun roof, doesn't move at all. I can't even force it.

So I took a break for a bit, came back, let the back half of the tray/ cassette down. the head liner has come off the track after a better inspection. now the issue is, that the sunroof only opens part way, not enough for me to reattach the head liner. The head liner still does not move. I also can't crank the sunroof manually..... any ideas as to what I should do now?
