It's okay, they're just jealous that we have a team that can actually make the playoffs.
Although I will give them some credit, it takes a considerable amount of work to make a chronic losing team.

Except for the fact the modern Sens have only been around since 92.
But if you want to include the old sens, and count number of seasons played, then technically our last cup was still won in fewer seasons past than the leafs.

The only elimination stave-off I can see leading to anything is Buffalo. I don't see either the Senators or the Habs doing that again. But I'll figuratively eat my words if I'm wrong.
