Hi, Ive just subscribed to this forum, nice to know that theres a huge canadian BMW cummunity

So i am installing koni yellows with vogtland springs, HD rsm an z3 plates front and rear. The car have 109 000 kms on the clock, it ran on eibach pro-kit for about 15k-20k, struts are still in good shape and springs are pefect. I was wondering if I should replace my front strut mounts? How long these things usually last?

If they're anything like e30 mounts, clean them with brake cleaner and pack some new grease in there... should last for 500,000km's+
