as for this case, good to see that the law applies to everyone. now we need a high end politician to be caught so maybe they can fight it and abolish it. secondly reap and sow just sounds silly, cant shoot the messenger, be mad at the government not the cops.

the 'law' deemed one of the most draconian in north america.

yeah its all so perfectly logical that i could recieve 6 months in jail a $2K to $10K fine for going 25mph over the 65'ish mph limit. after impound & loss of licence for a week + assoc costs

Q: do you think a clean cut guy in a 600K+ per house neighborhood caught smoking a joint while walking his dog in a park should do 6months or 1-2years in jail???? cause thats what our gov wants - conserv & lib, and they'll try to pass it again

Nobody should be above the law especially police officers. This officer should lose his job and treated just like the rest of us.

Lose his job? I believe in equality, but that isn't reasonable.
