Futek what the heck?

I bought some style 66 rims for a project, which every one keeps telling me is not going to work, and it turns out that they aren't OE. Just took of the cracked rubbers and seen this big shiny Futek sticker, "passed inspection. recall with the label if any problems with strength" has anyone here used 'Futek' wheels before and what they thought? least I get life time warranty.

P.S, anyone know a good wheel refurb shop in Ottawa?
