hey guys just my 2 cents.
I live very close and thats the route i take to work every day, so i drive by all the time and i'd say half of the time there is someone there. theres either a pickup parked at the side or a black e28 that belongs to the owner of this place im guessing. if you look in the side you can see like old oil and paperwork just sitting there un-opened, and abandoned. its a creepy place thats for sure.
if any1's down to find a way in, ive already considered it... pm me hahah !!

If someone can get the exact address, I can take a look on MLS to see if that property is even registered to anyone.

When I was there this is the black bimmer that was sitting beside the place, and there is only 2 cars in the showroom , a 5er and that 6er.
Nobody was inside or around the building when I stopped by.

My hunch is that the owner of the property probably doesnt want to be bothered by anyone... and is waiting for the right time to sell the property.
I guess the current owner likes to think he has a BMW dealership still, probably lost the lisence when BMW found out he/she is very odd !
Those cars in the showroom are not worth much anyways, but the property is worth millions.

Info on the mysterious BMW 636 CSi
I got a story to tell...
I've SPOKEN to this "grumpy/loopy" man that owns the place & the 6.
I managed to get his phone number, and although I never got him to answer when I called... he returned my missed calls (via call display) on 2 seperate occasions. I missed the first call, but managed to answer the second. This was in March-April of 2004.
I was shocked to see him call Me, and so I wasn't entirely prepared with a lot of questions. My overall perception of this guy was that he was hard to deal with, and was in NO NEED of selling this car.
If I recall correctly, he said it was an '86 BMW 635CSi, with an automatic transmission. It was all original with a painted grill and a rear spoiler (dealer options). The original mileage on it is just over 6000!! I asked a couple of other questions like "Whats the story with the car?" to which he barked back "there is no story".
--- I'm sorry, but if You have an abandoned dealership with circa-80's decor and pristine collector vehicles, without EVER having anybody around... there's a story. I wasn't looking for a confession of any sort, just a brief, generic explanation as to why these cars have been sitting idle for a decade or 2. ---
Anyways, I managed to squeeze a price out of him for the 635 CSi....... wait for it ...... $75,000 !!!! My heart sank!
I love these cars, but come on, SERIOUSLY?!? This mysterious white ghost will have to go to another admirer as I'm in no fiscal, or mental state to justify that price tag. Might I mention that was practically 6-yrs ago today.
The kicker, EVERYBODY whose EVER driven these timeless sharks KNOWS that the automatic pales in comparison to the manual when it comes to enjoying the Ultimate Driving Machine.
If you want any additional info, contact Me.

Like I said, he probably got his BMW dealer licence revoked because hes not a good owner ! Plain and simple.
All he owns now is just some land, a vacant building and 2 undesirable BMW's.

Hey Robb,
I'll agree with MOST of your post, except for the part about the E24's (6-series) being undesireable. I've been following eBay for the past 2 years on a bi-weekly basis and any E24's that are clean & unmolested are still fetching $5000-$9,000. The 5-Spd's are the most coveted.
If I ever hit the lotto, I'll be camping outside this guy's place waiting for him so I can burn away $100,000.... other than that, he can remain in la-la land cuz he's NEVER gonna get that kinda money from any sane individual ( minus millionaires)!

$75k is fair market value for a brand new classic 5er or 6er, even undervalued in today's market.
Consider that a 1992 318i with only 4500km all original (even tires) recently sold for $60,000 USD through the bidding wars. The cars in the dealership are older, rarer, and more desirable. (not to mention loaded with the optional and expensive BBS rims, spoiler, and painted grill) --- rare factory options = worth more.
Not your everyday classic BMW's.
The place is obviously still cleaned.and cared for to some extent. These cars really should be restored to original and sold for a healthy profit.

^^just because some idiot paid that much for it doesn't mean its worth that much.
Anyone who bought a 318 for 60K is a retard, period.
Also, from what i've heard, there's some issue with the title for those cars. Mabye that's why they sit.
