I check the part number online, there for a 318i or is but would they still work fine for a 320i, if so ill take them.

Yes, they were on a 318i, but will fit any other 320 325 328...Just NO Ti's...

Yes, altho it is, the weight difference from 318/320/325 is so small, its just like having a passenger in the car! The effect on handling is negligible...
