HELP: Anyone can give a hand with rotor replace?

My rotors on e30 (1989 325i) are not in the best shape right now, so its time to replace.

I don't want to break the bank $$$ and feel a bit ripped off by shops.

I have the parts 4 new rotors and 8 break pads. I have the tools. I am willing to do the work myself (unscrewing, screwing back, painting) I just need a little guidance from someone who has done it before. Maybe replace one rotor and I'l be good after that.

beer and pizza on me , willing to travel within GTA (garage work is fine)
