IS lip delete
So this morning on my way to work, I hit a bump just before a railroad track and boulevard maloney helped me with an is lip delete, followed by an 18 wheeler having it's way with it right behind me.
Question, does anyone run an IS lip with a lowered e30? Should I even bother getting a replacement?

get a volvo lip, cheap, flexible and doesn't look too bad. Better then no lip.

I had an oem lip on my e30 which was pretty low in the front, it took a little bit of a beating but it held up to more abuse than i expected.
Also I bought all new clips, which i think held it in place really well.

lots of pics on google, none of mine except my sig until i get home. Mine cost me $13 at a wreckers, a little sanding to smooth out some knicks, and it was on in less then an hour with some drilling and trimming.
edit: heres one pic I found. You can pull the corners in with some zipties to get a more flat look on the sides.

the guys at that graveyard were dicks to me when i went there, $50 just to pull it off(they wont let you do it) and $50 for the lip. They might be different to someone else but they were rude to me and didnt want the work. If you can find a yard that lets you pick, you will be better off.
edit: or you can just go and get one after hours, there was plenty of those lips in the front yard when i was there in the fall.

Yeah that's BS. What yards in the KW area let you pick? Discount auto-wreckers doesn't, I don't think Logel's does either.

I found a pick a part in Ottawa last weekend. Got to pick away at the car for 100$ (i'm sure I could have offered less but the guy drove me to the car, helped me take the stuff off).
I'm definitely going to email him and see about the volvo lip. Do you know which make and model it's from?
