Looking at getting some M-Parallel's for E39.. Need your input.

So my question is this, I'm looking at possibly getting some Parallel rims for my ride. My concern is whether rims from a E34 M5 will fit comfortably on my E39 540i? From what I see the fronts will be ok, but the rear has a different offset.

Here are the specs;

E34

8 x 18 Front 9 x 18 Rear
ET 20 ET 22
245/40 ZR18 245/40 ZR18

E39

8 x 18 Front 9 x 18 Rear
ET 20 ET 24
235/40 ZR18 265/35 ZR18

I'm not sure on the part number for the rear, I'm awaiting the answer to that. The part for the front is 36 11 2 227 931. The rear should be 36 11 2 227 933. Some of you guys who can spot off the bat if the offset will be a problem, please point it out to me. I understand spacers may be the only way to go if I entertain the idea.

Nonetheless, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

JR.

Hey guys, disregard this thread. I think I answered my own question.

It seems that the E39's are the only ones in the bunch of Bimmers whose hubs are made different than everyone else. Meaning I can only get OEM M-Parallels from a 01-03 E39, and those are rare to find like the Pot-o-Gold at the end of a rainbow

Damn...
