Bushings

I want to replace my RTABs, front lower control arm bushings and transmission mounts to stiffen the car up and I don't know when these were last changed. I'm leaning towards OEM replacements with the reinforcement spacers for the RTABS but I am interested in what people have to say about polyurethane. Poly are easier to install, perform better and last longer right? I'm putting coil overs on the car so I wouldn't mind sacrificing some ride comfort for the performance but would KW V3's + poly be overkill for street use?
