Excellent Blower Motor DIY Thread

Found this thread on e46Fanatics as I'm planning to replace my blower motor tonight and the Bently book describes the parts removal, but not the final method to remove. FOUND THE GUIDE to avoid the horror stories I've read about blower replacement..... Similar to my experience in watching it be removed (a nightmare).

The trick is the removal of the protective cover around the ECU!!! Read thread and save your time and knuckles.....
