Even if you still think that's acceptable. why is it that every other neighbour has to pay towards the $10,000 when her beef is with the Condo Association. it didn't concern most of them, so why should they suffer because lard-ass is a whiner. If she took a long walk every time she complained over the last few years, maybe she wouldn't even need the spot.
i hope the appeal goes through and she gets nothing, but a gym membership

Ya did YOU READ THE article?
Wow shes <70, and has a dislocated shoulder??? First off I dont know if you know this but you dont use your shoulder to walk.. ACTUALLY if her SHOULDER is sooooo bad, SHE SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING in the first place, which means she does not NEED the parking spot.
Have you ever dislocated your shoulder???? YOUR ARM BECOMES A SACK of ****ing potatoes. You CANNOT do anything with it.
Secondly, Im confused as to how you use this as your main defence.. I dont know ANYONE who has had a dislocated shoulder for LONGER then a couple of hours. As soon as you go to the hospital they usually POP it back in - IF YOU DONT do it your self.
So please dont talk about the dislocated shoulder as if its a handicap.
