Wordpress guru's please assist grasshopper.

I've asked on wordpress org forums but to no avail.

I keep on getting a stupid 500 error on occasion. "Resource not found!"

I'm with go crappy hosting and when I installed WP, I did it threw the app installer. I know the mysql steps autodetect threw the app installer. When it came time to finish the install I can't access install.php because the stupid file isn't in my directory. Which is BS because when I go into my ftp it's in plain site.

Although the site launches without the final step of install.php I'm not positive that that's what it's suppose to do (work even without the completion of the last step). Could it be that I get the 500 error "on occasion" because the step wasn't complete? Or does go daddy auto complete that step for me aswell?
