Can't really say there's an average but most of my business is done between 5.5-6%.

It's like any business, some work their business model around low rates and high volume and some work on low volume and higher rates. Consumers get to review the options available and choose the representation they feel will net them the highest return.

EDIT: I just realized I have helped a max member move up from he and his families first home into their second. But we didn't meet through max it just happened we were both members here.
