I am sorry about your experience last year. As mentioned, you are unsure of whether this is a normal routine, or was a 1 time thing. Now as mentioned earlier, sometimes unexpected situations arise in a busy service shop - delaying commitments and ultimately, the shop and the customer does suffer. For this very reason we have made many changes to Bimmersport Automotive Inc for 2010 and the future all together and we are continuing to do so all the time. We are going to be getting our brand new 4 wheel laser alignment machine and more employees to efficiently serve our vast and growing client database. We are also going to be getting into more renovations for this year - but those you can see through out the year.
