X-Brace owners

I installed my x-brace back in the summer and noticed that there was a bracket welded onto it with some holes. After some searching I found that there is actually a rubber buffer stop that clips into it. Here's a link from UUC that explains the what the piece does: http://www.uucmotorwerks.com/html_te...ace_buffer.htm

I've never seen that piece on a car, and I've seen plenty of X braces. I think proper engine and tranny mounts will be a much better option

I've never seen it before either but I guess it wouldn't hurt to install it.

sproule, read the article. its pretty clear what its intended purpose is. If i had an x-brace, i'd ensure this peice is correctly installed.

I have this. It will save some life on your engine and tranny mounts.

Bracket was only on OEM X-Braces.
