climate control problems . . . final stage resistor?

Hey Guys

I noticed that my climate control fan speed has been acting erratic (speeding up and slowing down) and looking into it on e4fanatics sounds like its probably the final stage resistor

thread here: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=256286

Where is the best place to get a replacement? I plan on installing it myself

Car is a 2003 330ci

thanks
