Sorry for bring an old thread back from the dead.
Did your friend end up getting a Phantom for his wedding? I'm thinking of renting one for my wedding that coming up soon and would like to know if there are any places that rent these out for a decent price.

Ro, try GTAExotics. I know they deal with high-end cars for rentals so maybe they can point you in the direction for a Phantom if they don't do it themselves.
