been using my angel eyes for drl for 2 years now. you just need a guy with a gt1 to program.

Yes I can, but now I will only do it if there is some other lighting system such as angel eyes or fogs installed

Why? He has to get the car legal as per MTO with lights on, not trying to look cool. The car does that automatically...

Well after a lot of searching I finally found the info regarding daytime running lights.

The reason it was harder to find is because it actually falls under Federal laws. Specifically the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations Section 108.

The cliff-notes: Cars are required to have DRLs unless parked. They can utilize any light on the front of the vehicle but must meet certain intensity requirements and must not interfere with other drivers coming the other way.
