I tried one more time today to look for the car before going to a BMW deal as you guys suggested. I found one.
Code:

It is 2007 BMw 328XI,
rear wheel drive
memory+heat seat
navigation.
odometer is 75000 K
The history of the car is clean ( based on the car proof on Jan-6-2010), and the price is $ 36000( tax included ) Very quick question is that what you think about the price based on the details of the car. Thanks
PS: I really feel uncomfortable when I list the price of it. I dont mean anything. I just want to get some ideas and try to save some money for my pocket.

"xi" means "all wheel drive" for BMWs... so it's not rear wheel drive.

The 328i would be a rear wheel.
All BMWs are either rear wheel OR all wheel drive (if they have an "x" in their model name)

AND mileage is too high.

Stop looking into messed up cars with stories. Seriously. I get it - you have a budget you wanna stay within, but trying to save a few thousand here or there by buying a crap vehicle will only haunt you down the road (resale, reliability problems, etc). Do it once, do it right. Get a clean car that checks out even if it costs a little more. It'll be worth it in the long run.

I am looking for one as well. 1.9% is just there to lure people. Most cars are around 2.5 %. You may find 1.9 on 24 months terms, or you have to be really lucky. That is for a Bmw dealer near me. I would shop around.

thung mail, you've got some good suggestions from the other members. i'd suggest you look at at bmw dealer pages first. i don't know exactly what you're looking for but i quickly looked at bmw of mississauga pre-owned section and there are 4-5 3 series cars from '06-'08 with low mileage (~30-40K) costing between $26-31K, which means you can probably get them for a few thousand off that price.

As per this link, 1.9% on sedans and tourings up to 60 months.
