e46 323 vs e46 323 coupe

Im thinking of getting a e46 sedan from a buddy of mine, his sister is selling her 323sedan e46 5-speed. with 200,ooo.

Ive read acouple of times in this site that the 323 coupe is less problematic then the 323 sedan, what makes people come to this type of conclusion?

Thank you

Happy New year.

Buy an E46
But make sure its been take care of.
Considering it was owned by a woman, and has 200kms on it, dont pay more then 6grand for it, not that its worth more if a man owned it.
