What's the best coolant for x5 3.0i

My coolant is a bit low, can anyone recomend whats the best coolant to add for 3.0i 2005 e53. Currently not sure which coolant is filled. Are these engines/rads sensetive to a certain coolant?

do you need a top up? I live in mississauga and have a gallon....I can top it up for you or you can just go to a dealer and buy it from there....$20 for a gallon which will last you forever if you are just using it to top it off.
