Question Found connector unplugged under dash?

From the connector diagrams it's the C302 connector and the connector that is unplugged goes with the IKLMNO pins. The book says that it's unused but there's clearly a connector under the dash that plugs into it. Does anyone know what this is connector is for?

It's not heated mirrors because my heated mirrors work. Heated locks would be good because my locks froze a couple times lol.

That doesn't look right anyways. Heated seats are not plugged into "U". They're plugged into one of the D,E,G,H grouping. The Door open / cold temp gong plug looks the same... If your door gong doesn't sound when you open your door, it's probably disconnected, and that's the plug you found.

That makes sense because my car hasn't been making a sound with these cold temps. However now that it's plugged in it won't make a sound because my air temp sensor is not hooked up.

edit: someone from e30tech said it's for airbags, which my car doesn't have. Which was why it was unplugged?
