Oil temp gauge
Do any of you guys have vdo gauges for oil temp/pressure? If so, how/where do you tap the oil temp sensor?

I've been wondering this too. I have some random gauge I could put in.

you can either get an oil distribution block which would allow you to run a oil temp and pressure sensor, or you can tap into the oil pan.
Here is a pic of the block

Thanks, I didnt really want to tap into the oil pan so i'll go with the block. Plus, I can add the oil pressure gauge too. What's the best place to get one? I found this site http://www.leatherz.com/Merchant5/me...ry_Code=Gauges
just wondering if they are any betters ones that you know of.

The LeatherZ kit is convenient since you get everything you need plus amber illumination all in one kit but for a price.
Does anyone know if it is possible to put three gauges in the Radio DIN rather than below the OBC? I think it's more ergonomic. It's in your field of view and easier to reference while driving. Then put the radio where the OBC is located. Then your radio controls are within fingers-reach when your hand is on the shifter. I'm asking because the diameter of the smallest VDO gauges is slightly bigger than the DIN. Thoughts?

I have all 3 gauges already so I just need the ODB. I'll just order the leatherz block since it is the smallest and simple.
