is it worth it to do a 5 speed swap on a 328i 2000 and if i do the swap would i loose or gain any power. Any good shops you guys know i could go to and trust

It's not worth the cost on that car. Just sell your car and buy a manual e46, it will be cheaper.

no its not unless your putting an S54 in it.

I had a friend do the swap and there were leaks into the car..

if you end up doing make sure its a good pro shop
