In the other ads for that car I saw that the summer rims are style 5's. Tan interiors are awesomer than awesome. Sport seats too!

Did I mention the 2 cars I own are blue with tan interiors? I didn't plan it that way...

The tan interior looks awesome with your orient blue. I prefer that color over black! That blue will always look great unlike black which really shows the waves and swirls.

BTW, any plans for M5 bumper, angel eyes and cellis rear lights, or your leaving it as is?

Leaving it as is for the most part. I'll probably pick up some black kidney grills and I might go with a yellow lamin-x for the fogs. Otherwise, already installed smoked side markers.

Oh, and a re-tint is coming soon.

You know you want that E39...

Just for you Zarbat. Buy it and I'll trade the trim with ya... You know you want that uber classy wood grain.

Wood is over rated...I'd love to keep the wood grain but make it darker somehow. That last one was pretty nice. Same rim setup as Chromius and me.

Hmmm, try to find a can of tinted clearcoat and spray on your existing trims, should work out nice if you know ho to do it. Personally I'd leave it alone, you have tan leathers, and that woodtrim "flows" great with it. Like an elegant luxury car!
IMO that black trim would look out of place with tan interior.

Edit:
NVM, I just looked at a few black wood trims on tan interior E39, not bad! I thought they were flat black.

Me too but my wife would kill me...one of the deals I had to make for my car was that we'd never have more cars than garage space!

Adam, you could use that steering wheel! But only for summer.

I actually prefer the 4 spoke heated to that 3 spoke wheel. I only like the later style m5 3 spoke. or the M3 one of course.
