need your suggestions!!! help!!!
hi guys, i bought some auto parts online from a company in ottawa. however, in oct20, i returned some of them since i bought wrong parts. they said that they received them next day, and will process refund asap. till today, i still didn't get my refund yet. everytime i talked to them they said just give a couple of days to let bank transaction settle down. i already called them in last 2 weeks, even i talked to the manager, and i still got same response. what upsets me most is that they are not consistent of what they said..the reception said they said the refund was done last friday, and the manager said he did the refund last tuesday... i really doubt that they never did the refund process!!
i have every proof to against them such as ups receipt showing that they did receive the parts, original receipt of parts that i bought, and recording of conversation that they said they did the refund process. so, is there any authority or department that i can send my complaint to or anyone i can talk to?
