DRL Issue

Ok guys, here is my question how did you guys disable the DRL's ? is there a way the BMW prewired them in 1993 canadian models ?
I've got a 1993 325is and all the lights keep on going on everytime I start the car. I pulled the fuse for it, the corner lights still went on, I replaced it with US relay, those ****ers still go on... is there a way they have been wired ? can anybody help me here ?

You have the oustide low beams going on as your DRL right? Mine is the same on an imported '96 M3 and it's hardwired. Easiest way to get them to go (as far as I know) is to put a switch in the circuit and have it put somewhere like in the blank spots near the seat heater or ACS buttons. That's my plan anyways that way I can just toggle them on/off as need be.
