X3 2.5? or 3 Liter

hi im looking to get X3 and i have noticed that there is a 2.5 and 3.0 .What is different in HP. and whats better.

Horsepower 184 @ 6000 RPM 225 @ 5900 RPM
Torque (lb-ft) 175 @ 3500 RPM 214 @ 3500 RPM


i drive a 330ci, so i pick the 3.0L, this is a totally biased opinion as i have no clue as to which one is better or any idea what is better for you for your needs. in this case and some others bigger=moar power!!!
