Quick question, winter tire fitment

hi there, looking for some quick help.

i have a 2005 bmw 325i executive edition with the 17inch rims. i can get a good deal on a set of winter tires but they are a 225/60/R17. anyone know if they will rub or if they are too tall to fit? car is stock height, i'm trying to avoid buying rims because the car will rarely be driven.
