considering your getting 4 rims and tires and hubcaps thats not a bad price however you probly only have a season on those tires and tire rack is 179 USD plus taxes/ duties and shipping.. so your looking at 800ish if not more new and your not getting rims or hubcaps

There is a guy selling new tires, same size/brand etc for about $600.
The tires in the ad your looking at are about 50% or less tread. Probably good for a season or two.
Steel rims and hubcaps are worth a few bucks,
I dont think that is a terrible deal for factory 16's.
....or you could wait another 4-6 weeks and pay WAY more
