I called Da Silva Racing, who is the local distributor for Vortech.
The rebuild cost depends on what exactly needs to be replaced.
He said the absolute worst case scenario should still be under $1000 and that includes shipping the unit to the US.

Superchargers don't use intercoolers as they don't draw air from the exhaust.. they do however have aftercoolers out there but not commonly used at lower boost levels...

Another place locally you might want to try asking if they can rebuild the unit is ADP distrubitors right across from YorkU. I remember seeing on their homepage they rebuild/modify/upgrade Superchargers and turbos.
